Book Giveaway bonus

If anyone knows me personally, they know I am not a huge reader. Ironic I know.  Ever since I was in my last few semesters of college (with twins at home and pregnant with Teage) reading became a chore that I have not quite figured out how to look at differently. So when I do read, I make it count. I want to walk away feeling uplifted and inspired to be better.

This week I will be sending out a double dose of uplifting reading to the lucky winner of the book giveaway bonus.

L.Jay has donated a few copies of his newest book Decide Now The Good Life or The Best Life, to be part of our weekly giveaways for a few weeks! I was blessed to read over some of the chapters of this book in it's final preparations for publishing. I promise you will not be disappointed if you are the winner of this book. It will not only change the way you think, it will change your life.

Please leave a comment below (or on Facebook or Instagram) if you or someone you know would like to be the owner of these two books. I will pick a winner tomorrow night and mail them out first thing Friday morning.

I am dying to read your book and that is saying a lot, because the last book I read was part of the first book to the twilight series, and I won't even say how many years ago that was.

I am an avid reader and I am old school.. I love actual books not the electronic ones. I love the feel of turning the pages, the smell of books and the gratification of watching my bookmark move from the front to the back. I would really love to add these two books to my collection of keepers that I read over and over again!

But in case it doesn't - I was just thanking you again for all the good you do and for being such a force for good to so many. I loved your "Tempting Road" post last week. So needed! I'd love a hard copy of your book - I have read all your posts thus far and I look forward to them every time you post new ones. Keep it up - thanks for continuing to share your testimony and encouragement to us!

I would love the opportunity to have these books. I need the extra motivation and inspiration to get through some really hard times that myself and my family address going though right now. We all have bad stuff that happens, but after awhile it gets harder and harder to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I appreciate you and how wonderful you are in sharing your story to help others. You have definitely helped me!!

If chosen, I would enjoy reading these books. But I would truly want them to share with my mom, and a friend of my moms who recently got divorced. Sometimes we need help picking ourselves up and I know these 2 women would appreciate some extra light in their lives. Thanks!

Laura said...

I would love to win these both. My husband has been going through some really hard times lately. Sometimes he wants to just give up. I am stressed beyond belief but hide it when I am out so many people don't even understand what we are going through. I want our family to have the best life possible, and I would love to win both books to read aloud with my husband once the kids are in bed.

Yay! Another giveaway:) You're so sweet! I have a dear friend who just lost her husband to a farming accident on Monday! He left behind 3 beautiful kids under the age of 4. I would love a copy of these books to share with her. I have been racking my brains all week to try to find a way to help her and this would be perfect! I would for sure already have purchased a copy of your book or a few to share by now if my financial situation would allow but at least not for right now, someday though :) Thanks again for all you do!

Hi Ashley, you may have already chosen a winner for you book giveaway but I want to thank you for sharing your story. I feel as though you are talking directly to me each and every time I read your blog. It is the same every time someone gives a talk on forgiveness or a related subject in sacrament. I have a daughter that I have not seen or heard her voice in two and a half years because of the influence of someone who has convinced her that the believes she once held so close are just old-fashioned. I miss her terribly and feel as though my heart had been pulled out of my chest. There are many wonderful things in my life that I am grateful for, but nothing fills the hole I have in my heart. Until your blog I felt as though no one could possibly understand how I was feeling but as I read, I know that you have experienced every emotion I have. Thank you for your willingness to share such a hard and personal part of you life.
